“SYM giving strength to students”

On August 15 morning, the Central Study Encouragement Association (SEA), the Vietnam Study Encouragement Fund and Dong Nai SEA in coordination with Bien Hoa SEA awarded 500 “SYM giving strength to students” scholarships worth VND125 mil and 1,000 notebooks to needy-but-good students in the province.
