1. The 8th Provincial Party Congress for 2005-2010 tenure was held in Bien Hoa city over 3 days from December 21 till December 23. The congress was a big success and a symbol of solidarity, will, ability and intellect of the party committee and people of Dong Nai. The achievements made by the party committee and people of Dong Nai in the first 5 years of the twenty-first century will no doubt create a strong foundation for setting the pace in the province’s overall modernization drive. |
