After many years of carrying out the project for naming and renaming streets according to the resolution No.91 of the Provincial People’s Council, Bien Hoa city officially organized to rename its streets on the November 20th Evening .

On November 21st, the Party Provincial Committee held an online conference to extend and thoroughly grasp Resolutions of the 5th plenum of the 10th Party Central Committee (PCC) for state officials and Party’s members from 12 places in the province: Bien Hoa City’s Party Committee, the Provincial Square, the provincial Police, districts of Trang Bom, Dinh Quan, Tan Phu, Xuan Loc, Cam My, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Vinh Cuu, and Long Khanh Town. Central Party’s member and Provincial Party Committee’s Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh chaired the conference. |

In November 27th, 2007 morning, the Delegate Congress of HCM Communist Youth Union of Dong Nai province in the term of 2007-2012 was officially opened at the meeting-hall of Dongnai Culture and Sports Complex. Attending the congress were Secretary of the Central Union of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Bui Van Cuong; Central Party Commissioner Tran Dinh Thanh; Vice-Chairperson of the Provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga; Vice President of the Provincial People’s Council Huynh Chi Thang; and Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, heroes of the people's armed forces, and 347 official delegates representing for over 200,000 Union members. |

On November 11, the seventh Congress of Delegates of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (term 2007-2012) ended. The attendees included Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh – Member of The Central Party, Secretary of the Provincial Committee together with representatives of leaders from the Provincial People’s Council, People’s Committee, the Father Front along with Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heros Of The People's Armed Forces as well as 347 Official Delegates of over 200 Youth Union members. |

In November 28th, the seminar “Evaluating 3 years of implementation of coordination program between the Viet Nam Farmer Association and the Department of Science and Technology of the Southern provinces and cities (2005-2007)” co-organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Viet Nam Farmers Association, Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee took place at the meeting hall of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee. Attending the seminar were Deputy Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology Le Dinh Tien, Vice-Chairperson of Vietnam Farmers Association Ha Phuc Minh, and Vice-Chairperson of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Ao Van Thinh.

On November 30th morning, at Tan Hiep Jail Vestige, Tan Tien Ward, Bien Hoa City, the Provincial Board for Contacting Former Political Prisoners in collaboration with functional agencies hold a traditional meeting to mark the 51st anniversary of Tan Hiep Jail Rebel (December 2nd 1956 – December 2nd 2007). Attending the meeting was Vice-Chairperson of the Provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga.
