Vinh An Women’s Association in Vinh Cuu district just held a ceremony to offer a house of compassion to Mrs. Pham Thi Hong Nga in Quarter 1 in Vinh An town, a member of the Association, who has difficulty seeking for accommodation.

A house of compassion worth VND25.6 million including VND20 million funded by Vinh An Women’s Association. The rest is contributed by Vinh An People and her family members.
