2. Task
2.1 Research, propose
Advising for the construction of resolution, decision, directive, regulation, instruction of the Provincial Committee, Provincial Standing Member, concretize the guidelines, policies, resolutions of the organization, officials and party members, internal political protection
Construct the project of organization, officials and party members, internal political protection belong to the authority to decide of Provincial Executive Committee, Provincial Standing Member.
Advising personnel work subject to Provincial Committee, Provincial Standing Committee control
- Preliminary and final review of the party building and organization
2.2 Guidance, Control, and Supervision
-Organizing, Official and party member, protect the Internal Politic and implement the Party regulation to District Committee, Urban Committee; party committees, party commissioners, party union, Party committee run under Provincial Committee.
-Profession in organization, officials and party members, internal political protection for the district, urban committee and Party committee, party commission, party Union, party run under provincial committee
-Implementing the working assignment, decentralized the staff prescribed by the executive board, Provincial Standing committee.
-Management of the personnel record, party member record, introducing to party activities, resolving the complaint, erasing the party member name and the party status for party member of the committee run under Provincial Committee
2.3 Appraisal and Verification
-Appraise schemes of organizational structure, official, party member, protect the internal politic of party committees, The Vietnamese Fatherland Front and the provincial political-social Unions, provincial departments. Districts, cities and party executive committee under the Provincial Committee before submitting to the Executive Board, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Permanent Committee.
2.4 Coordination
Coordinate with the party committees , the Party Commission , party delegation , under the Provincial Committee of the Party in organization of building officials and party members , protecting internal politics , training and retraining , appoint , arrange , staff rotation .
- Coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs in the institutionalization of the resolutions and decisions of the Party in the field of organizing officers and employees, protecting internal politics as assigned or decentralized.
- Coordinate with the party committees, the Fatherland Front, the political - social in guiding and building inspection functions, tasks and organizational structure, staffing agencies party , the Fatherland Front , the political - social districts, towns and cities .
- Chaired advise and proposed regulations and policies for staff working in the party organization. As a standing body of emulation and commendation of the Provincial Committee .
2.5 Perform a number of tasks assigned by the Standing Committee, the Provincial Permanent Committee.
- Manage the organization, structure, staffing agencies party, political-social in the province.
- According to reports, proposals of departments and agencies, the Fatherland Front, the political-social provincial districts, urban, municipal and provincial Party committee, confirm planning subject title of the Provincial Committee officials, Provincial Party Standing Committee of management.
- Comply with regulations and policies for staff subject to Provincial Committee, Provincial Party Standing Committee manage the staff and civil servants in party and unions in the province. Coordinate with Provincial Cadre’s Health Protection Department to protect to protect health care workers present for the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Party Standing Committee
Manage the records of staff managed by Provincial Committee, Provincial Standing Committee, members of political matter under the provisions of the Political Bureau.
- Advise and solve problems on the party status, handled or coordinated settlement of complaints and denunciations about policy issues, on political history, current politics of officials managed by provincial Party, Provincial Standing Committee.
-Nominate officials attended the meeting to discuss the work of party building , the organization , staff , members , protecting internal politics of the party committee , the Party Commission , the party group , the rural and urban , municipal and provincial party committee .
- Organize officials examination, agencies and public parties and unions in the province .
- Perform basic statistics on the work of building the party basement organizations in the province.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Standing Committee, the Provincial Permanent Committee.
