On June 12th, 2013 At Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai- President of Dong Nai province chaired appraisal records Council meeting about adjusting master plan of Long Thanh District social-economic development –until 2020 and vision to 2025
Joining in the meeting: members of appraisal records Council about adjusting master plan to develop the socio-economic of Long Thanh District until 2020 and vision to 2025 are the leaders of the departments of Planning and Investment, trade and Industry, Finance, Agriculture and rural Development, Construction, transporation, Education and Training, Culture, sports and Tourism, Home Affairs, Health, Information and Communication; Resources and Environment, president of Long Thanh District, the provincial science and technology association ,the consultant, Planning and Agricultural design sub-institute.
After listening the consultant presented a summary report about adjusting master plan of socio- economic development in Long Thanh district until 2020 and vision to 2025, president of the Provincial People’s Committee has concluded some directions as after:
Reporting about adjusting master plan of social- economic development of Long Thanh district until 2020 and vision to 2025 has ensured processes and procedures of appraisal closely;
In overall, the report about adjusting plan of Long Thanh district fully reflects and adheres to the approved proposal and ensures content on demand;
On the content: Report about adjusting plan in Long Thanh district has assessed the status of district socio- economic development from 2005 to 2011 in a detail way; analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges; forecasts the external impacts affecting the district socio - economic development in the future; justifies the goals, tasks and directions to develop society and economy in Long Thanh district until 2020 and vision to 2025.
Note the following issue:
Reviewing some of the contents: calculation of capital investment, approvedl planning, environmental targets, sport, culture and tourism targets, health and education targets of Human resources; Besides, updating the programs and projects are implemented in the area to suitably adjust , a number of planning sectors are approved to supplement the development direction of the industry , local field district ; the oriented development need analyzing more data , reviewing the development orientation , population distribution , and implement solutions
Moreover, the Provincial People’s Committee suggests departments and agencies have submitted the comments to the Department of Investment and Planning and the People's Committee of Long Thanh district to complete the planning report.
Long Thanh District People's Committee in collaboration with the consultant, Department of Planning and Investment and other related Department to review, update, supplement and complete the adjusted report of Long Thanh district social- economic development up to 2020 and vision to 2025 for the Provincial People’s Committee. If the Goals of socio-economic development expected to 2025 have the difference with the target of 5 years in the Resolution of the District Congress Party, the district must have the consent of the Long Thanh district Party Standing Committee about this adjusted content.
Above, those are some concluding commends directed by the president of the Provincial People Committee at the meeting of appraisal record for adjustment of the master plan about socio- economic development in Long Thanh District 2020 and vision to 2025 ; suggests the Director of departments, Long Thanh district People's Committee and relevant agencies to organize this implement.
