i/ Requirement: Requirement 1 : Papers components specified in the foregoing documents by agencies , foreign organizations or notarization and authentication must be legalized and translated into Vietnamese . Translated copies must be notarized in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
Requirement 2 : health certificate issued abroad or health certificates issued in Vietnam ( by the hospital to the provincial or central level confirmation ) .
Requirement 3 : In case of foreigners residing in Vietnam for 06 months or more, enough just judicial votes by the Department of Justice of Vietnam where the foreigner is residing .
Requirement 4 : Copies of diplomas , certificates of qualification , high technique . For some occupations, jobs , certification, qualification , high-tech alien can be replaced by the following documents :
- Paper is recognized artisans of traditional industries by the competent authority of the foreign country for foreigners are craftsmen of traditional industries .
- A certificate or work permit or labor contracts have identified at least 05 years of professional experience in production management , and management consistent with the position that a foreigner expected to undertake. Requirement 5 : Snapshot 3cm x 4cm in size , bare head , taken frontally , clear face and ears , without glasses , white background . Taken within 06 months from the date of filing of foreigners .
Requirement 6 : Before hiring foreigners at least 30 days , the employer must notify the employee recruitment needs Vietnam in the expected job hiring at least 01 foreigners on China issue at least 01 national and local issues on the contents : the number of vacancies , job location , qualifications , salaries and other earnings , working conditions and a number of other contents the employer may require .
