a/ Step 1 : Personalize the receptor and result - Dong Nai Province Construction Department for guidance procedures for contracting license records for foreign contractors that perform individual tasks consultancy .
Step 2 : Reception inspection records :
+ Case records were incomplete, invalid , write receipts and promissory results for the applicants .
+ Case records if not properly and fully prescribed , within 05 working days , Dong Nai Department of Construction and informed guidance to individuals once said to complement and complete profile .
Step 3 : Go to the return date results , or the department to receive and return the results of the Department of Construction and the results pay fees prescribed fee .
Time receiving records and return the results :
- Morning: From 07h 00 ' to 11 30 ' .
- Afternoon : From 13h 00 ' to 16h 30 ' .
( Except Saturdays , Sundays and public holidays ) .
b/ Apply directly to the receptor and result of Dong Nai Department of Construction or sent by mail .
c/ - The composition profile , including :
+ Request licensed contractor ( Appendix 4 - 01/2012/TT-BXD Circular dated 08/5/2012 of the Ministry of Construction ) .
+ Copies of the results of bidding or bid selection decisions or contract legal contract .
Copy of license or certificate active consulting practice so that water is a national contractor and a copy of her passport .
+ Personal professional records ( self-reported ) together with a copy of the contract related work was done in the nearest 03 years .
Note: An application for a license must be made by Vietnamese contractors . Papers and other foreign material should be legalized for cases where the application for the license tender for the first time (except Vietnam law or international treaties which Vietnam has signed or acceded other provisions ) . The papers and documents in foreign languages must be translated into Vietnamese and the translation must be certified in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
For applications for licenses contractors arising in 03 consecutive years, records only include:
+ Request licensed contractor ( Appendix 4 - 01/2012/TT-BXD Circular dated 08/5/2012 of the Ministry of Construction ) .
+ A certified copy of the results of bidding documents or deciding on the bid or contract legal contract .
- Number of records : 01 records 01 records and the original stars ( photocopy ) .
d/ Time Limit: 15 working days from the date of receipt of a valid application .
e/ Agency: - Agency decision : Dong Nai Province Construction Department .
- The direct implementation of administrative procedures : Chamber of Economy, Planning and Building Materials Department Building .
f/ Subject: Individuals .
g/ Form: - An application for a contractor license ( Appendix 4 - 01/2012/TT-BXD Circular dated 08/5/2012 of the Ministry of Construction )
h/ Fee: Charges and fees : 2,000,000 VND / permit ( Circular No. 33/2012/TT-BTC dated 01/3/2012 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime of collection , remittance, management and use of fees in the construction sector ) .
i/ Result: Permits .
j/ Requirement:- The Case for packages of compulsory subjects prescribed by the law of Vietnam bidding :
+ Having won the bid or tender is selected .
+ Has the construction contracts .
- The Case for packages not subject to compulsory under the provisions of the law on procurement of Vietnam :
+ Having won the bid or tender is selected .
+ Has the construction contracts .
+ Having full capacity in accordance with contracted work in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
- In all cases being contracted ( by winning through bidding or tender selected ) foreign contractors to codeshare with Vietnam contractors or subcontractors to use Vietnam (except Prime government allowed or prescribed by the law of Vietnam ) .
- Must be committed to the full implementation of the provisions of law relating to Vietnam contracting activities in Vietnam .
