a) The order :
Step 1 : Organizations and individuals prepare a complete dossier in accordance with law .
Step 2 : Organizations and individuals filed at Reception and Release profile of the Department of Culture , Sports and Tourism, Dong Nai , No. 02 , Nguyen Van Tri , Thanh Binh Ward , Bien Hoa , Dong Nai province .
Step 3 : the official receipt and inspection records :
- If the full profile , the valid appointment letter writing to the applicant .
- If invalid documents are guides organizations and individuals to complete the documents as prescribed .
Step 4 : Move the file to the competent and result- solving under the promissory note .
Step 5 : Organizations and individuals pay the fee ( if any) and the results in Reception and Release profile of the Department of Culture , Sports and Tourism, Dong Nai , No. 02 , Nguyen Van Tri , Thanh Binh ward , Bien Hoa city , Dong Nai province .
Time receiving records and return the results :
- Morning: From 07h30 ' to 11h30 ' .
- Afternoon : From 13h00 ' to 17h00 ' .
( Except Saturdays , Sundays and public holidays ) .
b ) Method of implementation: Apply in person or send by post to the Reception and Release profile of the Department of Culture , Sports and Tourism, Dong Nai , No. 02 , Nguyen Van Tri , ward Thanh Binh , Bien Hoa city , Dong Nai province .
c ) The composition , number of records :
- A dossier including :
+ An application for a license to establish a representative office by the competent representatives of foreign tourism enterprises Register .
Copy of valid business registration , operations or charter operations papers have legal equivalent value of foreign tourism enterprises are competent agencies where established businesses or business registration confirmed and the establishment of additional branches have power of attorney stating the scope of authorization for the head branch .
+ Financial statements audited or other document legally valid equivalent prove the existence and operation of foreign tourism enterprises in the financial year adjacent to consider licensing ( in case of request for license to establish a branch ) .
( The above documents must be translated into Vietnamese and diplomatic missions , consulates of Vietnam in foreign countries and conduct authenticated legalized under the provisions of the law of Vietnam ) .
Note:
+ The papers by foreign bodies or competent to certify the record established representative offices have been legalized under the provisions of the law of Vietnam and Vietnamese translations , translation , copies must be notarized in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
Copies of documents submitted by the competent authorities of Vietnam and verified against records of branches, representative offices as stipulated in Decree No. 92/2007/ND-CP dated 01/6/2007 of Government and the guidance in this Circular shall be notarized in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
+ License established representative offices have a period of 05 years but not to exceed the remaining term of the business registration certificate or papers of equivalent legal validity of foreign tourism enterprises .

d ) Time limit for settlement : 10 working days after receiving a valid dossier .

- As business travel is the country where the law that established businesses or business registered legally recognized .
- Having operated business travel at least 01 years since the establishment or business registration legal under local law .

- 07/2011/TT-BVHTTDL Circular dated 07/6/2011 of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism of the amendment , supplement , replace or repeal or annul the regulations related to administrative procedures within the management functions of the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism .
