1. Proceedings:
- Step
1: Submit adequate record to Reception Staff of Dong Nai Department of
Foreign Affairs
+ If record is considered adequate and valid, the record receiver has to give
applicant a appointment slip.
+ In case record is inadequate or invalid, the staff will tell him or her to add
records.

Step 2: On the date written on the slip, applicant comes to meet the
reception staff to receive approval decision by authority. In case records
cannot fully meet requirements of procedure, the authority will offer feedback
documents to the applicant.
Time
for handing in record and receiving approval result (during weekdays)
- From 07:00 to 11:30 in the morning
- From 01.00 to 04.30 in the afternoon

of Foreign Affairs (07 Vo Thi Sau st., Quyet Thang ward, Bien Hoa city)

Record set consists of

Permission application on the entry of delegation which has to be sent at least
five days before scheduled date, ensuring the following information: members,
group (name, nationality, number of passports, etc.); stating objectives,
contents, programs, time and places for searches to be carried out.

Copies of the foreigners’ passports.

Targets, goals, costs and specific program and contents of the trip.

Approval time-limit: seven weekdays after enough, valid record is submitted.
