A conference on deployment of modified and amended laws and decrees on fundamental construction held

On December 3rd morning, the provincial People’s Committee held a conference on deployment of some modified and amended articles of laws relating to fundamental construction investment, Decree no. 83/2009/NĐ-CP on management of investment projects of work construction, Decree no. 85/2009/NĐ-CP providing guidelines on the implementation of the Law on Tendering and selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law. Attending the conference were the Vice-Chairpersons of the provincial People’s Committee Ao Van Thinh and Dinh Quoc Thai along with representatives of departments, sectors in the province.

At the conference, delegates focused on contributing ideas to amendment of some terms of Construction Law (with 24 terms and items to be modified and amended) , Law on Tendering (with 21 terms and items to be modified and amended), Enterprise Law with article a, item 2, term 170 modified and amended, Land Law (with 6 terms and items to be modified, amended and Term 123 to be abrogated), Law on Residential Housing (with 6 terms and items to be modified and amended, and 14 terms to be abrogated).
