Over VND90,500 billion in capital mobilization for social development after 4 years

According to the report made by Planning and Investment Department, the growth rate of investment capital for social development is averagely 21.3% per annum in the 2006-2009 period.

The whole province has gained over VND90,500 billion
in investment capital mobilization for social development for 4 years
(2006-2009), accounting for 85.4% of the plan, and occupying 46.1% of annual GDP
growth rate. The total investment capital in 5 years (2006-2010) is expected to
reach VND119,475 billion, exceeding the set targets.
