Disbursement progress of fundamental construction projects in 2009 reached 86% of the plan

On December 16 afternoon, the provincial People’s Committee had a working session with representatives of departments, boards, branches and localities about disbursement progress of fundamental construction projects in 2009. The Vice-Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai presided over the meeting.

According to a report of the provincial People’s Committee, from early this year to now, for concentrated budget capital, the whole province disbursed VND575,224 million, reaching 86% of the plan. Up to now, the disbursement from Land Exploration Capital, reached 54.45% of the plan and 79.35% for Lottery Capital.
Delivering a steering speech at the meeting, the Vice-Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai said, compared with 2008, disbursement progress of fundamental construction projects in 2009 increased substantially; however, via check, there have still been some projects that are unable to be completed by the end of this year. Besides, the amount of work done and disbursement of some projects is remarkable; thus, it is necessary to raise the plan target, implement in accordance with files and fit the statement of Department of Plan and Investment.
