According to the report released by Department of Planning and Investment, after two year raising of voluntary contribution from residents to build infrastructures in districts, wards and towns, the fund has reached as much as VND92.25bil

Along with this fund, the
province and localities earmarked VND20.5bil and VND15.95bil respectively from
the State’s Budget to build 146.12 kilometers of rural roads, 2 small bridges, 2
kilometers of water-drainage ditches in quarters; 4 cultural houses and 128.9
kilometers of low-tension power lines and improve the capacity of transformers
to more than 500KVA.
