The project (Zone B) has a revoked land area of 29,524.5m2 with 24 project-affected households. Of which, 20 households received compensation money (one household was supported with the land price in 2008). 19 households transferred their land to the project’s contractor with a total area of 24,440.2m2. However, the implementation of the project has met some difficulties. Some households involved did not agree to transfer their lands to the contractor, because they want to require compensation based on the land prices of 2008 and need to be resettled. Accordingly, Compensation Council collaborated with House Trading Joint Stock Company to unanimously approve the compensation level based on the land prices in 2008 for 5 households who have not received compensation yet. 4 households have not so far received compensation yet. As for resettlement, all households involved did not meet requirements of resettlement according to regulations.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai suggested that the Compensation Council and House Trading Joint Stock Company must cooperate to solve remaining problems in order to carry out the project as scheduled.
