Over 500 contestants involved in “Teachers of Excellence in Information Technology Applications in Teaching” contest in 2010-2020 period

The ‘Teachers of Excellence in Information Technology Applications in Teaching” contest held by Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology (DOST) took place in November 27 and December 11 at Lac Hong University and DOST, attracting 500 participants who are teachers of educational establishments managed by Dong Nai Department and Offices of Education and Training in the province.

The contest is divided into two rounds; the first round tests contestants’ ability to apply information technology in their teaching; in the second round, they draw lots to choose topics, design lessons by themselves and then present the designed lessons in front of the judges.
Finishing the first round, 90 contestants with the highest scores went forward to the second round in which that gave presentations and answered directly questions of judges about their designed questions in 15 minutes. The judges evaluated according to content, presentation ability of contestants and answers for questions from judges.
Concluding the contest, the organization board awarded the first, second third, and consolation prizes to excellent individuals in rounds.
