On November 5, Bureau for Standards, Metrology, and Quality of Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology held a conference to deploy the circular no. 11 regulating measurement and quality management of petrol and oil trading as prescribed in Decree no. 84/2009/NĐ-CP.

Over 100 businesses trading in petrol and oil in the province had a chance to learn about conditions of petrol and oil trading, importing and exporting petrol and oil, producing, trading, distributing, storing, circulating petrol and oil-based products, managing and investigating, dealing with violations, responsibilities of businesses trading in petrol and oil, Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, measurement and quality management in petrol and oil trading, etc.
The Circular is aimed at creating legal corridor for better enforcement and management in petrol and oil trading.
