More Than 1,300 Units of Blood Collected in Long Khanh Town

Long Khanh town the Red Cross in collaboration with the Regional Blood Transfusion Center of Cho Ray Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City) has recently held the seventh event of the humanitarian blood donation campaign in 2011. More than 250 officials, employees, students participate in the blood donation event.

Long Khanh district Red Cross
said since early 2011, after holding seven blood donation events in the town,
has collected 1,325 units of blood (reaching over 70% of 2011 plan). In the time
to come, the town Red Cross will continue to hold new voluntary blood donation
events to accomplish the proposed targets (1,800 units of blood).
