Training Course on Food Safety and Hygiene Held in Tan Phu

Tan Phu district Health center has recently held training courses on knowledge of food safety and hygiene for 108 trainees who are staff of establishments involved in trading and processing food in the commune implementing the model of demo commune in food safety and hygiene.

Attending the courses, trainees
had chance to practice knowledge related to law on food safety and hygiene,
basics of producing, processing and trading safe, hygienic food. They were also
provided with knowledge of food poisoning prevention, how to sample and
principles on preparing safe, hygienic meals.
