Inspection
I. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform functions to advise and assist the Director to perform the tasks of administrative inspection and specialized inspection in the judicial sector . Department inspectors perform the following tasks :
1 . Administrative inspection of specialized divisions and equivalent units under the Department of Justice in the implementation of policies , laws , their assigned tasks ;
2 . Specialized inspectors for specialized bureaus and equivalent units under the Department , in the observance of law under the jurisdiction of the state Department of Justice under the provisions of the law include : Construction documents legal , normative test law enforcement civil district ; popular education law notary , certified , civil status , nationality judicial ; adoption foreign elements ; lawyer ; legal counseling ; judicial expertise ; property auction ; commercial arbitration , legal aid and other legal work ;
3 . Administrative sanctions as provided by law on handling of administrative violations ;
4 . Perform tasks to settle complaints and denunciations according to law on complaints and denunciations ;
5 . To perform the task of preventing and combating corruption in accordance with the law on the prevention of corruption ;
6 . Propose to the state agency authorized suspend or cancel the regulation is unlawful discovered through inspection ;
7 . Guide , inspection, specialized divisions and equivalent units under the Department 's regulations implementing the law on inspection , settlement of complaints and denunciations ;
8 . Ask the specialist department or equivalent unit under the Department of elected officials , public servants and officials participating in the inspection team ;
9 . Synthesis report on the results of the inspection , settlement of complaints and denunciations against corruption under the jurisdiction of the state Department of Justice ;
10 . Perform other duties and powers prescribed by law and the duties assigned by the Director .
