I. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND POWERS
1 . Function : Office of Intellectual Property Management is the professional divisions of the Department of Science and Technology has the function of advising the Director of the Department of State management of intellectual property of all economic sectors social Dong Nai province in accordance with law .
2 . Duties and powers :
Intellectual Property Department has the powers and duties as follows :
- To advise the Director of the Provincial People's Committee decisions , directives and operational management of intellectual property in the province of Dong Nai as prescribed by law
- Develop plans , programs , task 5 year plan , the annual intellectual property activities consistent with the direction of economic development - local society . Submit to the Director of PPC proposed implementation decisions ;
- To organize and guide the implementation of legal documents and planning , programs , plans and tasks defined in Section 2 - Article 2 after the approved propaganda , common law activities intellectual property Dong Nai province ;
- Develop and advise the Director of the Provincial People's Committee issued mechanisms and policies to encourage organizations and individuals in and outside the country : widespread application of science and technology in local , research and engage in creative labor movement , promoting technical innovations rationalize production in the province ;
- To advise the Director of management activities on intellectual property ( not including the copyright in literary , artistic and trademarks ) : To implement measures for property development activities intellectual labor movement promotes creativity , promote technical innovations , rationalize production , monitoring , synthesis and dissemination of technical progress , the initiatives of the organization and individuals across the province; organizations implementing measures to protect the legitimate interests of the state , organizations and individuals in the field of intellectual property in the province in accordance with law ;
- Assisting the Director of the implementing agency task Standing Committee on Organization Innovation Contest provincial engineering , program promotion initiatives , creativity in work and learning ;
- Coordinate with the functional departments of the Department of the guidance departments, organizations / businesses in the province planning and implementation of activities in the field of State management of intellectual property in the province as prescribed by law , in accordance with the needs of economic development - the local society ;
- Assisting the Director of PPC advising directing and guiding DPC , Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa city to perform the tasks of state management of intellectual property ;
- To coordinate with the room , the unit of the Department in implementing the guidelines of the Director of the international cooperation in the field of traffic management ;
- Perform periodic statistical work , irregular assigned duties as prescribed by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the direction of the Director of the Department ;
- Implement management officials , public servants in the Department under the provisions of the Director of ;
- Implementation of Asset Management Division as assigned , delegated by the Director of the Department ;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of the Department .
