I. FUNCTIONS , DUTIES AND POWERS
- Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai 's specialized agency of the provincial People's Committee . PPC helps in performing the function of State management and investment planning , including : general advice on strategy , planning and economic development - social annual and long -term 5 -year provincial the policy measures on domestic investment , foreign , industrial parks , export processing zones and resource management of official development assistance ( ODA ) , the bidding work . Coordinate with the departments to perform the function and duties of assisting the development of small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province . Granting business registration certificates for businesses operating locally under the Company Law and the Law on State Enterprises and help implement PPC operating targets set out plans in the province .
- Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai under the direct leadership and comprehensive PPC , and subject to the direction of the professional side of the Ministry of Planning and Investment .

- Department of Planning and Investment to perform the tasks and powers prescribed by law for the investment plan and the specific tasks following powers :
1 . Provincial People 's Committee for :
- The draft master plan , strategic plan development - economic and social 05 year 's annual provincial layout plans investment of local budgets ; investment promotion plan of the province ; balances primarily economic - social province in which the accumulated balances and consumption , investment balance development , financial balance ;
- Draft Action Plan implementing the plan of economic development - social resolutions of provincial People's Council and is responsible for monitoring the implementation of integrated plans monthly, quarterly and 06 months , reporting year to the provincial People's Committee executive , coordinating the implementation of the principal balance of the economy - society of the province ;
- Draft program , a plan to restructure and renewal of business development by local State management ; management mechanisms and policies to support the development of small and medium enterprises of all economic sectors health in the province ;
- Draft decisions , directives , programs and measures for implementing the administrative reform tasks in the field of planning and investment within the jurisdiction of the Department under the provisions of law , decentralization Ministry of Planning and Investment ;
- Draft documents on the list of investment projects of domestic and foreign investment for each planning period and adjusted if necessary .
2 . Submit presidents of the People :
- Draft decisions , directives and other documents issued under the authority of the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee on the management of the State Department ;
- Draft decision on the establishment , merger , split, reorganization , dissolution organizations and units of the Department as prescribed by law ;
- Level , adjustment and revocation of certificates of investment under the jurisdiction of the provincial People's Committees as assigned .
