Planning Division
The Duties :
• Develop and implement strategic planning transportation system development , system port , bus station in the province as assigned by management ;
• Integrated monitoring of the quantity and quality of the transport system in the province ;
• Develop a program plan , deploy, organize and monitor the progress of implementation of long-term planning , annual , quarterly , monthly and overall industry unit .
• Manage maintenance work , maintenance of the provincial transportation system as assigned by management ; monthly , quarterly system check road signs on roads managed by the province ;
• To advise the Director of the Department in coordination with the concerned sectors of ramification , roads , investment planning , construction works on traffic safety , licensing , construction and installation crossing roads , crossings ... are related to the structure and affect the traffic safety of bridges, roads managed by the province ;
• To evaluate bidding documents , bidding results , technical design documents - General estimates the traffic works as assigned by management ;
• The innovation and business development , equitization of state-owned enterprises ;
• The socialization of rural roads , city traffic areas of the province ;
• The Flood Prevention ;
• Monitor , review and report statistics on the operation of the sector periodically and irregularly at the request of the competent authorities ;
