. Functions and duties
Advise the leaders of :
- Draft decisions and directives issued under the authority of the provincial People's Committee in the field of industrial communication .
- To implement and guide and inspect the implementation of legal documents , policies, plans , projects, programs and regulations on industrial development after approval , information , advocacy , guidance and dissemination of legal education in the field of industrial communication .
- Evaluating , granting, amendment , supplement , renewal and revocation of licenses under the assigned responsibilities as prescribed by law .
- Regarding the management of industry and handicraft : Construction and implementation planning , planning , industry development policies after they are approved , including sectors : textile - apparel , leather - Paper , paper , porcelain , glass , plastic , beer , wine , soft drinks , cigarettes , candy , milk , vegetable oil , flour and starch processing ...
- In clusters of industry, handicraft : Lead and coordinate with relevant agencies implementing programs , projects, mechanisms , policies and development plans of industrial enterprises small and medium-sized collective economic organizations in the area (including trades , rural villages , cooperatives of industry sectors - handicrafts ) ; approval of the chartered organization that ; coordinate implementation mechanism , preferential policies to attract investment , import and export , tax , financial , labor and infrastructure construction , site clearance , moving production facilities and building clusters of industry, handicraft industry in the area after it is approved .
- Advising Department to help the leaders perform management functions for state enterprises , collective economic organizations , the private sector , and guide and supervise activities of associations and NGOs government in the industrial sector in accordance with the local laws .
- Develop information storage system , provides industrial materials as prescribed by law .
- Are required organizations and individuals in the province providing the information and content relevant to their functions and duties of style .
- Make information work , and periodic reports on the situation of irregular implementation of programs , plans , projects and development of the industrial sector is allocated according to the regulations of the People's Committees of provinces and Ministry of Industry and Trade .
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department leadership .
