I. FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES , RIGHTS .
- 15 administrative units , including : 6 wards : Xuan Trung , Thanh Xuan Xuan An , Binh , Xuan Hoa , Phu Binh Commune 9 : Bau Tram , Suoi Tre , Vinh Bao , Xuan Tan , Xuan Lap , Bau Sen Bao Quang , Minh Hang , Binh Loc .
- People's Committee of Long Khanh town by Long Khanh Town Councils elected , the State administrative agencies at the local , responsible before the Town Councils and State agencies on .
- Town People's Committee is responsible for observance of the constitution , the law , the text of state agencies and higher resolution of the Town Councils to ensure that all policies and measures for socio-economic development , defense consolidation security and other policies in the area .
- In addition to the duties and powers under the provisions of 97 , 98 , 99 , 100 , 101 , 102 , 103 , 104 , 105 , 106 and 107 of the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees . Town People's Committee also perform these tasks , the following powers :
. Construction planning urban development of town planning and building overall urban development of town planning on the basis of common , structural plans to build urban infrastructure , ensuring measures public order , traffic , prevention of fire , explosion , environmental protection and urban landscapes , management measures for urban residential and residential life organizations in the area ;
. Make check management and use of funds under the state ownership in the area under the Government's decentralization , implementing decisions , handle violations in construction, land encroachment prescribed law;
