FUNCTIONS AND TASKS: To advise and assist the DPC performs the function of state management of industry, small industry, commerce, construction, urban development, architecture, construction planning, building materials construction, housing and offices; urban infrastructure (including: water supply, drainage, sanitation urban park, trees, lighting, garbage; stations, urban car park); transport, science and technology.
