I. FUNCTIONAL TASKS: the specialized agencies of the DPC, the DPC shall assist in performing the function of state management of the inspection, the reception and handling of citizen complaints and denunciations; the settlement of complaints and denunciations DPC under the authority and duty insurance, administrative inspection powers within the state management of the DPC.
