On July 16, 2013, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee issued the Preliminary Plan 134-KH/TU on 3-year applying the 770-QD/TU Decision dated February 26, 2010 of the Provincial Standing Committee regulations on competence and responsibility of collectives and individual heads of agencies and units in personnel work.
The partially summing up is to evaluate the results of applying the 770-QD/TU Decision dated February 26, 2010 of the Provincial Standing Committee, thereby clarify the advantages, disadvantages, their causes and the lessons learnt from them; to propose the points of view, tasks and solutions that should be taken in the near future. Besides, to stick to the content and the implementation of regulations; to go deeply into the issues raised today is to promote the role and responsibilities of the head, while maintaining the principle of democratic centralism in the personnel work.
Preliminary Plan content includes: leadership, direction, comprehension and evaluation on applying the decision, resolutions in the future, recommendations, proposition if any.
Agencies and units included: district party committees, city/town party committees and the party committees directly under province; the personnel committees of the party, Provincial Standing Committee, Dong Nai Newspaper; departments, provincial and equivalent branches; corporations, state-owned enterprises directly under the province.
Regarding the implementation, the Provincial Party Committee requires the preliminary objects (part III) to report to the Provincial Standing Committee in other to establish a direct examination on organizations, agencies, units included: Party Union of Provincial Women's Union, Standing Committee of Provincal Youth Uniton, Department of Health, Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Cam My District Party Committee, Long Thanh District Party Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Organization Department of Provincial Party Committee on chairing the summing up of preliminary report draft gathering the opinions from party committees and from the Office of the Provincial Party Committee then submits to Provincial Standing Committee in late November 2013.
