*  Total area: 494 ha

* Rate of leased land: 60.55% (129 ha of which has been rent in the first phase, gaining 100%).

* Location: The distance along the road from Amata Industrial Zone to big cities, railway stations, ports and international airports are as follows:

            + 32 km from center of Ho Chi Minh City

            + 32 km from Sai Gon railway station

            + 4 km from Dong Nai Port, 26 km from Tan Cang Port; 32 km from Sai Gon Port, 40 km from Phu My Port.
