Units check the location of the land to be handed over on
the map before going to the site
In this handover, there are 65 land plots with an area
of over 26
hectares, of which more than 9 hectares are in the 1,810 hectares area (the
construction area of Long Thanh Airport phase 1) and more than 13 hectares
in the area of 722 hectares (land reserve area) and nearly 4 hectares
in phase 2 of the project. Up to now, Long Thanh District People's Committee has handed over the site to ACV
with an area of more than 2,378 hectares, reaching the rate of nearly
94%.
Regarding the preparation for the handover of the
remaining area, so far, the compensation and site clearance have been completed
and are ready to temporarily hand over to ACV about 1,500 ha, of which the site
for building the fence of the project.

handed over at the site
It is known that the area of land
acquired for the Long Thanh Airport Project implemented by the Long Thanh
District Land Fund Development Center is more than 2,910 ha out of 5,541
households and individuals, accounting for 58.8% of the total of land area recovered.
For the area of land used by agencies and organizations, which is
recovered by the Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center for the project, more
than 1,950 ha out of 18 organizations account for 39.5% of the total land area recovered.
The rest, more than 80 hectares (accounting for 1.7% of the compensation area)
is land for traffic, rivers and streams without compensation value.
