On the morning of July 6, the regular rapporteur conference in June, 2011 took place at the hall of the Party Committee of People-Government-Party Bloc.

Certificates of merit awarded to eligible Party members, who have
accomplished their tasks successfully for three consecutive years |
120 conference participants were
Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, rapporteurs of the Bloc’s Party Committee, and
grassroots rapporteurs were provided with information on the 50th Anniversary of
Agent Orange disaster, the East Sea issue and Vietnam’s policies, and the
Politburo’s Directive no. 05/CT-TW on strengthening national security in a new
context.
On this occasion,
People-Government-Party Bloc’s Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to
9 strong and clean grassroots Party organs, to 39 eligible Party members, who
have accomplished their tasks for three consecutive years, and to 23 eligible
individuals, who have accomplished their tasks for five consecutive years in
2006-2010 period.
