On the afternoon of April 24, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology collaborated with International Data Group (IDG) in Vietnam in organizing a club meeting of Chief Executive Officers and Chief Information Officers (CEO&CIO) from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Singapore and a seminar on "Opportunities for investment in modern industrial parks."

Vice minister of Ministry of Science and Technology received the souvenir from Chairman of the provincial People's Committee – Vo Van Mot

    Mr. Vo Van Mot - Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Van Vinh - Vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee and the leadership of departments, committees and sectors in the province met with the delegation. Chairman of the provincial People's Committee provided the club members with the information on the overall picture of the province’s economy and society at the meeting. Thereby, he also expected that the club members would give assistance to Dong Nai province and make a positive contribution to its development, especially information technology development. On behalf of the delegation, Vice minister of Ministry of Science and Technology – Nguyen Quan greatly appreciated Dong Nai province’s enonomic and social achievements. Among 36 provinces, Dong Nai is always a pioneer, especially an information technology pioneer. Also, Vice minister hoped that Dong Nai province would always assist Department of Science and Technology in fulfilling the tasks given by Ministry of Science and coordinated the work of the Department.

Seminar on "Opportunities for investment in modern industrial parks"

    At the seminar – "Opportunities for investment in modern industrial parks" – CEO & CIO club members raised many questions about the policies, investment opportunities in Dong Nai and talent attraction policies to serve the province as well as the plans to train and improve the professional skills of Dong Nai province’s staff... The club members’ questions were fully answered by Vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee – Tran Van Vinh and Director of Department of Planning and Investment – Bo Ngoc Thu. Vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee was committed to bringing the best conditions to the investors in Dong Nai industrial parks.

The CEO & CIO delegation visited Department of Science and Technology

    Within its working day in Dong Nai, the delegation paid a visit to the industrial park management and Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology. In the end, the delegation would visit Nam Cat Tien forest.
