“Workers’ Cultural Day” in Trang Bom district ended

On the evening of January 31, “Workers’ Cultural Day” in Trang Bom district ended. The Day was attended by Mr. Huynh Van Toi - Head of Dong Nai Party Committee’s Commission for Popularization and Education and Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Day and Ms. Huynh Thi Nga - Vice chairwoman of Dong Nai People’s Committee.

“Workers’ Cultural Day” has attracted more than 15,000 visitors. They come here
for recreational activities and shopping’ said Mr. Cao Van Hung – President of
the Labor Federation of Trang Bom district. The Day had a variety of lively and
exciting festivities. The festive day brought workers in Trang Bom practical and
useful experiences. Especially, contests for workers: cooking, apartment
decoration and singing attracted many workers’ participation.

Gifts
are being given to the workers who are unable to spend Lunar New
Year holidays with their families |
The
organization board gave prizes to 12 performances in "Workers’ Singing
Festival”, 13 prizes to "Apartment Decoration” and 13 prizes to "Good Cook".
In addition,
100 gifts, each worth VND300,000, were given to workers not being able to spend
Lunar New Year holidays with their families. The gift amount comes from local
budget and is donated by organizations as well. It will help bring workers a
cosy Lunar New Year.
