The youth’s month campaign, “Dong Nai’s youth act for social welfare”, was launched.

On the morning of March 2, Dong Nai provincial Communist Youth Union held the opening ceremony of the youth’s month campaign in 2009 in Long Khanh town. It determined on the subject of the youth’s month involved in three concrete ideas: “Accompany the youth in careers and employment”, “Develop the youth’s power in community activities” and “Honor Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union” on its 78th anniversary.

The youth’s
month is from March 1 to March 31 and will be divided into 3 phases each of
which lasts 10 days. In the first phase, the activities of all the units of the
youth union are involved in holding the consultation of study, jobs and loans
and supporting the youth in their demands for breeds so that they can start
their business… In the second phase, the youth’s missions towards the community
– volunteer to donate blood for humanity, keep the environment clean, accelerate
administrative reforms, provide free medical examination and treatment for
people in remote areas and call for donations to build houses of love… – are
aimed for. The final phase falls on the anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist
Youth Union, March 26 and so it mainly focuses on displaying strength and
meeting the generations of youth union’s members. The units will commend the
typical examples of “Progressive youth do what President Ho Chi Minh says.”
The youth’s
month will engage in the activities in remote-area units so that the youth
union’s activities can be accessible to the youth. The opening ceremony will
transfer to Long Khanh – revolutionary songs will be propagated in all units –
the get-togethers of military youth union branches’ secretaries from all
communes, wards and towns will transfer to Trang Bom and Thong Nhat districts –
the get-togethers and face-to-face talks of youth union’s members and police
from all communes, wards and towns will be held in Tan Phu…
