School |
|
In 1998, on the occasion of 300th
anniversary of Bien Hoa – Dong Nai, Nguyen Huu Canh High School was built owing
to the provincial Uninion Members and Youth’s contribution. Since its
construction, the school has received thousands of students in the ward and
neighboring ones. Until now the school has trained over 4000 high school
graduates and obtained 376 provincial good-student prizes. On newly founded
days, the school had only 9 classrooms with 453 students and 19
cadres, teachers and staff whereas at present it has 28
classrooms with 1279 students and 70 cadres, teachers and staff of whom there
are 2 MAs and 5 teachers attending post-graduate program. Principal Pham Van Yen
said, “Apart from mission of professional skill capability development, the
school frequently cares for quality cultivation and teachers’ conscience and
responsibility to strongly ensure human beings education career and since our
establishment we have got 32 provincial well-teaching teachers.” With the
efforts of all cadres, teachers and students, Nguyen Huu Canh gets a fairly high
graduate percentage every year ( 98% and more). About 40 percent of the students
pass entrance exam into domestic public universities annually.

Additionally, mission to develop Communist Party Members at the school with the name of “Le Thanh Hau Nguyen
Huu Canh” is also considerably concerned. In 1998 the school had only 3
Communist Party Members whereas there are 32 now. Especially, the school has
cared for Communist Party Members development among the school students staff.
In school-year 2006-2007, 3 first students were admitted into Communist Party.
Up to school-year 2008-2009, 2 more students have been in Communist Party.
Owing to teaching results, for several successive
years, the school has been awarded an honorable name of provincial
good-excellent school, a pure and overwhelming party cell by Ministry of
Education and Training. The school always strongly believes in retaining the
honorable name of the first flag in the provincial high school group.
