This industrial complex with the total area of over 96 hectares is located between 2 communes: Thanh Phu and Thien Tan (in the intersection of Dong Khoi cross-road and 768 street). In this complex, 65 hectares is used for building factories, 2.4 hectares for technical infrastructure land; 1.6 hectares central land, 16.5 hectares green plant area and 13.3 hectares traffic system, pavement…etc.. This industrial complex will concentrate into the light industry and less polluted industry such as consume products, wooden, packing, shoes makers and mechanic…. and  encourages traditional industry aiming to create job for the unemployed in these two commune and to alter economic structure in line with general orientation of the province.

To solve the above problems, in the morning of Jun, 15th, at Thien Tan commune with the host of the district office of Natural Resource and Environment of Vinh Cuu district, representatives of Departments, organizations and over 20 households who have land in the planned area participated in a meeting to announce the Decision of Dong Nai People’s Committee on approving detail plan with the scale of 1/2000 of industrial complex located between 2 communes of Thanh Phu and Thien Tan.

At the meeting, all local people agreed with the general policy of province. But they also suggested the compensated prices for land when it was requisitioned and wanted to know about the resettlement plan for local people who have land in this industrial complex. They urged that the suspended plan should be given away.
