523.000 certificates of land use right has been granted till now

According to the Department of Resources and Environment, existing administrative procedures for granting certificates of land use right are increasingly ready and effective.

73.4% of the area has been certificated |
In 2009, it’s estimated that
36,000 certificates has been granted with the area of 73,123 ha, up over 2,000
ones and 12,000 ha against 2008. Up till now, the whole province has more than
523,000 certificates handed over, with 1,1 million land parcels, counting for
86.1% with the area of 348,810 ha, making up 73.4%. Among these, over 90% of the
land parcels and the area has been issued to households and individuals, which
supplies an enthusiastic service for state management in land and an important
contribution to socio-economic development and people’s stability.
